Marketing Analytics

Your audience is already showing you the way forward.

Don't let your analytics drown you in noise. EigenValue Marketing finds your eigenvectors — the true directions your audience is already moving in — then measures the force multiplier sitting behind each one.
Retail & Local Shops
Foot traffic and web traffic rarely tell the same story. I
find the signals that tie them together.
Word-of-mouth builds trust, but by the time someone searches your name, your analytics just call it 'Direct.' I help you see the difference.
Professional Services
Cafe shop with one customer being served at the check-out counter.
Hospitality & Food
Where a booking, a review, and a walk-in all count — but rarely get counted together. I make sure they do.
Group of nonprofit workers sitting on the floor in a center conducting a meeting
Nonprofits
Every dollar has to justify itself. I make sure your data can back it up.
You serve your clients well but GA4 depth is one more line item you don't have hours for. I can fill that void.

FAQ

Clear Answers, No Analytics Jargon

If you've never hired an analytics consultant before, you probably have questions — most owners do. Here's a few questions that may have popped up.
Ask Me Anything
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small and local businesses that generate real data but don't have anyone on staff to make sense of it — retail and local shops, professional services, hospitality and food, nonprofits, and marketing agencies. If you're big enough to have a website and a Google Analytics account, you're big enough to benefit.
What does the GA4 Health Audit actually involve?
I go through your Google Analytics setup end to end: what's being tracked, what's broken or missing, and where the numbers you rely on might be misleading you. You get a plain-language report of what I found and what to fix.
What is an "Eigen Analysis"?
It's my deeper analysis tier, named for the math concept of finding the strongest signal in a noisy system. Your business generates dozens of metrics; only a few of them actually move revenue. The Eigen Analysis identifies which few those are for your business, so you can stop watching numbers that don't matter.
My website doesn't get much traffic — is this still worth it?
Honest answer: sometimes no, and I'll tell you if that's the case. But low traffic usually makes good measurement more important, not less — when every visitor counts, you can't afford to guess which ones convert and why. The audit is sized so small sites get value from it too.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
I teach this material to college students, so translating analytics into plain English is literally my day job. You bring knowledge of your business; I handle the technical side and explain everything in terms of decisions you can act on.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your Google Analytics account (I'll walk you through granting it — takes about two minutes) and a short conversation about how your business makes money and what you're trying to grow. That's it.
Who will I actually be working with?
Me — just me. No account managers, no handoffs to a junior analyst you've never met. The person who audits your data is the same person who explains it to you and answers your emails.
Is this a one-time project or an ongoing commitment?
Your choice. The GA4 Health Audit is a one-time engagement with no strings attached. If you want ongoing eyes on your numbers, Signal Monitoring covers that — but you can start with just the audit and decide from there.
How much does it cost?
Current pricing for all three tiers is listed on the Services page. The GA4 Health Audit is a flat fee, and it's credited in full if you continue to an Eigen Analysis within 30 days.
Do you offer nonprofit rates?
Special rates are evaluated on a case by case basis. Non-profit status and projects that advance societal goals are factors that I consider for reduced rates of pro bono services.
What if the audit finds that everything is fine?
Then you'll know it's fine — which is worth something too. You get documentation of a healthy setup, a baseline to measure future changes against, and the confidence to make decisions from your data without second-guessing it.
Get Started

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear about your data.

Businesses who work with me get my full, direct attention — no account managers, no hand-offs. If you're a small business owner who's ever felt your analytics were telling you something you couldn't quite hear, let's talk. The signal is there. I'll help you find it.
